Recently, a War Crimes Tribunal in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, found former President of the United States George W. Bush and former British Prime Minister Tony Blair guilty of war crimes for their involvement in the Iraq war.
The panel was convened as part of an initiative by former Malaysian Premier Mahathir Mohamad, who resigned in 2003 after 22 years in power.
Mohamad has been a consistently vitriolic critic of the Iraq war and originally unveiled his plans for the tribunal in 2007.
In the past Mohamad has called Bush and Blair “child killers” and “war criminals,” and the tribunal’s four-day hearing backed up his statements.
The Tribunal was composed of five separate panels which unanimously found both Bush and Blair guilty of “crimes against the peace.”
The Tribunal deliberated over the case and decided unanimously that the first accused George Bush and second accused Tony Blair have been found guilty of crimes against peace,” the tribunal said in a statement.
“Unlawful use of force threatens the world to return to a state of lawlessness. The acts of the accused were unlawful,” they added.
They found that the invasion of Iraq, which began in 2003, was a flagrant violation of international law, regardless of the fact that it was done under the pretext of finding weapons of mass destruction.
Of course, as we all know now, these allegations turned out to be deliberately falsified and flew in the face of all of the evidence that they had at the time.
However, the sights were set on Saddam Hussein and nothing could be done to stop the globalist war machine once it had been set in motion, even if it meant the deaths of countless Iraqis and Western troops who believed they were actually fighting to keep the world safe.

Blair & Bush To Be Tried For War Crimes

On November 19-22, 2011, the trial of George W Bush (former U.S. President) and Anthony L Blair (former British Prime Minister) will be held in Kuala Lumpur. This is the first time that war crimes charges will be heard against the two former heads of state in compliance with proper legal process.
Charges are being brought against the accused by the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission (KLWCC) following the due process of the law. The Commission, having received complaints from war victims in Iraq in 2009, proceeded to conduct a painstaking and an in-depth investigation for close to two years and in 2011, constituted formal charges on war crimes against Bush, Blair and their associates.
The Iraq invasion in 2003 and its occupation had resulted in the death of 1.4 million Iraqis. Countless others had endured torture and untold hardship. The cries of these victims have thus far gone unheeded by the international community. The fundamental human right to be heard has been denied to them.
As a result, the KLWCC had been established in 2008 to fill this void and act as a peoples’ initiative to provide an avenue for such victims to file their complaints and let them have their day in a court of law.
The first charge against George W Bush and Anthony L Blair is for Crimes Against Peace wherein:
The Accused persons had committed Crimes against Peace, in that the Accused persons planned, prepared and invaded the sovereign state of Iraq on 19 March 2003 in violation of the United Nations Charter and international law.
The second charge is for Crime of Torture and War Crimes against eight citizens of the United States and they are namely George W Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney, Alberto Gonzales, David Addington, William Haynes, Jay Bybee and John Yoo. wherein:
$17 Billion of Iraqi Oil Money Was Stolen During 2003 U.S. Invasion Of Iraq

Iraq’s parliament is chasing about $17 billion of Iraqi oil money it says was stolen after the 2003 U.S.-led invasion and has asked the United Nations for help to track it down.
The missing money was shipped to Iraq from the United States to help with reconstruction after the ouster of Saddam Hussein.
In a letter to the U.N. office in Baghdad last month, parliament’s Integrity Committee asked for help to find and recover the oil money taken from the Development Fund of Iraq (DFI) in 2004 and lost in the chaos that followed the invasion.
“All indications are that the institutions of the United States of America committed financial corruption by stealing the money of the Iraqi people, which was allocated to develop Iraq, (and) that it was about $17 billion,” said the letter sent to the U.N. with a 50-page report.
The committee called the disappearance of the money a “financial crime” but said U.N. Security Council resolutions prevent Iraq from making a claim against the United States.
“Our committee decided to send this issue to you … to look into it and restore the stolen money,” said the letter, a copy of which was obtained by Reuters.
U.N. officials were not immediately available for comment.
SALARIES, PENSIONS
The DFI was established in 2003 at the request of the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA), the U.S. body headed by Paul Bremer that governed Iraq after the invasion. The fund was to be used to pay the salaries and pensions of Iraqi government workers and for reconstruction projects.
In 2004, the administration of former U.S. President George W. Bush flew billions of dollars in cash into Iraq. The money came from the sale of Iraqi oil, surplus funds from the U.N. oil-for-food program and seized Iraqi assets.
Last July, an audit report from the U.S. Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction (SIGIR) said the U.S. Department of Defense was unable to account properly for $8.7 billion of Iraqi oil and gas money after the 2003 invasion.
Iraqi government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh told Al Jazeera television on Sunday: “No one on the Iraqi side was controlling the work of Paul Bremer at that time. So I think the administration of the United States needs to give the answers for where and how this (money) was being used.
“We do understand that Iraqis are also engaged in such lack of transparency and corruption related to the Paul Bremer time in Iraq,” he added.
Osama al-Nujaifi, Iraq’s parliament speaker, said a committee was investigating what happened to some $20 billion of DFI money.
“Some of these funds were spent and are documented. But some do not have such documents,” he said. “We as a parliament are working together with the Iraqi Board of Supreme Audits and with coordination of SIGIR to know where this money ended up.”
The appeal to the United Nations could help Iraq recover its money by putting its case before the international community, said Bahaa al-Araji, the head of the Integrity Committee.
“We cannot sue the Americans. Laws do not allow us to do that. All we want is to get this issue to the U.N.,” Araji said. “If this works, it will open the way for Iraq to restore its stolen money.”
In 2003, the CPA issued an order granting immunity to U.S. personnel and institutions working in Iraq.

Were The Planes of 911 Military Cargo Carriers and Not Commercial Airlines?

Our first article on September 11 detailed the little known implosion of World Trade Centre # 7, which can be read here.
Yet again, I do not believe the official US government position (surprise surprise) in regards to the four “planes” that crashed on 9/11. I don’t believe that these planes were commercial airliners, as you will see there are many eye witnesses accounts that confirm that the planes which hit the twin towers did not have any windows and they were both totally grey (no commercial markings) making them sound more like military cargo carriers.
I still have not seen any convincing evidence to suggest that the Pentagon was hit by a plane. Though I have seen and heard overwhelming evidence that this was a missile / rocket. But that is an entire article in itself and I will save this for another 911 posting.
How did the most powerful country on earth with the best defence that money can buy leave these planes alone without interception, thus creating the devastation of 9/11?

United 93 Still Airborne After Alleged Crash – According To ATC/Radar – This is the plane that supposedly crashed near Shanksville Pennsylvania

Similar scenarios have been offered with regard to American 77 and American 11 showing an aircraft target continuing past its alleged crash point in the case of American 11, or past the turn-around point in the case of American 77. 1st – Why has a massive crater been generated from a plane crash?
