Toronto, Canada – History was made when a legal team headed by Jason Bowman of the ACP was granted the right to proceed with its filing of a criminal conspiracy lawsuit against the Vatican, Crown of England and other parties.
A Federal Court judge in Toronto examined the material and granted leave for the full application to be filed and presented in court (Monday, July 9)
According to Bowman, who acted on behalf of both the ACP and ITCCS,
“We expected to simply file a motion … Instead, the Court directed that we file not only the ex-parte motion materials, but also our entire Application a full week earlier than we were expecting. Naturally, I was elated.”
A crowd of supporters accompanied Bowman to the Federal Court where he secured a preliminary hearing and approval to proceed from the on duty judge.

Afterwards, the group held a press conference nearby and was harassed by security guards and at least one agent provocateur tried to incite violence and discredit both Bowman and ITCCS founder and co-applicant Kevin Annett. He has since then posted a derogatory and untruthful YouTube posting about the event.
An attempted livestream broadcast of the event was inexplicably disrupted, although blog media activists who were present reported the news extensively on the Internet.
None of the “mainstream” media in Toronto attended the press conference.
The ACP-ITCCS lawsuit is the first of its kind: a class action aimed at so-called heads of state, including the Pope and the Queen of England, on behalf of victims of alleged crimes against humanity committed by churches, governments and corporations.
Also named in this suit as defendants are the government of Canada, the United Church of Canada, the Church of England, and pharmaceutical companies, all of which are charged with crimes against humanity and criminally conspiring to obstruct justice.
Kevin Annett, who is named in the court application as a plaintiff against the Crown, Pope and other defendants, commented,
As usual, the corporate media ignored us and paid operatives tried to discredit and stop us, but this time, we got our foot in the door of the court system. Wherever that leads us, we’ve taken another step towards forcing criminals in power to do time for their crimes. Whether it’s in this court or in a common law de jure one, the tables will be turned.

This is some of the best news I have heard and seen for years.
Finally the Murderous Queen of England, the Pope, Pharmaceutical companies and others are named in the Indictment.
I will try and get this information to our Australian Aboriginal advocates as they may be able to swap notes.
We must act now and keep this on a roll so these Serpents can not escape justice.
The above mentioned thugs clothe in the image of majesty and yet they deceive, extort, murder, rape and pillage the peoples of the world.

About time this issue will be brought forward and dealt with.
We see the “wrong” happening and keep thinking that there is nothing we can do about those thugs that clothe in the image of majesty and yet they deceive, extort, murder, rape and pillage the peoples of the world as Stephen so rightly said!
Wrapped in diplomatic immunity, it is difficult to bring them to justice, but it will happen!
As we are all waking up to the truth of many years of corruption and lies, this is only the beginning of justice for humanity around the world! Everything that we think we know is real and the truth is probably wrong and fake. Paper Currency, Religion, Energy, Wars, Food and much much more has been misleading for many years just so the “Elite” can benefit from hard working people around the planet. Everyone needs to start bartering, using silver & gold to pay for goods, swap food for work, and helping each other out in our neighborhoods. We don’t need “BIG” Governments to “HELP” us!
This is excellent news! Mr P, I presume you mean “religion” in terms of what mankind has done to the institution? In that case, I agree with you. It shouldn’t be confused with worship and faith though – sort of like the Vatican – it’s a man-made system that takes advantage of too many people who don’t know to question the system they were unfortunately raised into. It is not a system that loves God first, hence the reason it is part of this lawsuit. It really is excellent news, but it won’t have the effect that many people would expect…which is sad.
