Trickster Alert

This week’s planetary line-up in mutable Air sign Gemini is a warning to be on Trickster alert- a taster of what’s to come amidst the churn and backwash of 3 gas giants activating two cardinal zero points at the same time-Saturn and Neptune on 0 Aries and Jupiter on 0 Cancer in early June.

It starts with the New Moon at 7 Gemini on May 26, followed by Jupiter at 27 Gemini opposing the Galactic Centre, the Sun conjunct Mercury-archetypal Trickster-at 7 Gemini on May 30^th and ends with Mercury opposing the Great Attractor.

Gemini is a dual sign, facing both ways, ruled by Mercury. On July 7th, Uranus- the unpredictable revolutionary of the outer planets- will enter Gemini for the first time in 84 years to turn everything from communications systems, technology, mass media, transport and financial systems inside out and upside down between now and 2033.

The Trickster archetype is known in most cultures and should never be underestimated for the chaos it can cause. No matter how it is disguised-even as a president or as social media – it arrives as profane energy pretending to be sacred. Boundaries get obliterated, lines are not only crossed but permanently blurred, truths become distorted.

How to Spot Negative Tricksters:

they are shapeshifters
they specialise in sleight of hand and sleight of mouth
they are masters of gaslighting
they are nearly impossible to pin down
they move fast to sow confusion and escape repercussions
they lack empathy
they act out impulsively
they accept no authority
