Has Your Health Been BOUGHT?

Vaccine safety… pharmaceutical industry corruption…

I’ve written extensively on each of these topics over the last few years on LiveInTheNow.com, and if you’ve been reading my articles for a while, you know how strongly I feel about each of these important, controversial issues.

Recently, I was honored with the opportunity to appear in a forthcoming documentary film from acclaimed filmmaker Jeff Hayes called Bought, which ties these 3 issues together. It examines what’s really driving the rapid expansion of the vaccine industry, the country’s growing love affair with pharmaceuticals and the industrialization of our food supply.

Now, these are  HUGE  topics, so why put them all in one film? Well, first and most importantly: we need to band together to take back our health and our food system.  We need a film with mainstream appeal that will pique the interest of a wide range of Americans — everyone from concerned parents to natural health advocates and environmentalists.

What we don’t need is another radical movie that only interests the “already converted.” Over 5 million people supported Proposition 37 to get labels on GMOs in California. Reportedly, over 2 million people worldwide marched against Monsanto in the Millions Against Monsanto global protest last month. There are hundreds of thousands of actively involved parents focused on vaccine safety truth.

What we need is a great, credible, mind-blowing film that will reveal to its viewers how our health and our food supplies have been BOUGHT — without most of us ever knowing it.

This information matters — and the producers of this film need your help to get it out!

Show Your Support

The stories told in  Bought  all converge on Wall Street, in a tale of corruption, greed and shocking lack of conscience. This is an important film, and we’re asking you to be a part of it, both in funding and in promotion.

The filmmakers have already enlisted the support and participation of the biggest names in natural health, but  they will get no support, zero, nothing, nada, from big corporate sponsors on this project. It’s just too controversial.

The only way to make this project happen is to crowd-fund it through a collective effort of individuals and businesses. It will be funded $5, $35, $50 and $100 at a time. This means they desperately need you to show your support and contribute what you can. They’ve set up an online campaign via the crowd-funding site, Indiegogo, which allows you to contribute any amount you choose to the effort to fund the production of the film – and to receive perks in exchange for your contribution!

To show my support, I have pledged to the film-makers that  Live in the Now  will also MATCH dollar for dollar any contributions that come from our readers!!!

The effort to film, produce and distribute  Bought  will cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. Fortunately, the filmmakers have already raised over $50,000 and donations are coming in a brisk pace. But they still have a long way to go and they need your help. The best case scenario is to fund the entire project with support from everyday, concerned and passionate citizens like you. Every dollar raised via the Indiegogo campaign will go toward the expense of creating and distributing this film.

Pharmaceutical companies spend over $4 billion per year on advertising. That’s 4,000 times our best-case scenario, every year!

It’s Time to Act

There is something horribly wrong with the way our health care and food production systems are set up in the United States and other western countries. Natural health care is marginalized and sidelined, and anyone who questions vaccination safety, pharmaceuticals, factory farms, GMOs, etc. is ridiculed and belittled. Governments put protecting these industries above protecting the people they represent. Huge corporations are funded by individual misery, one broken life at a time.

Our health and our food supplies have been BOUGHT. We need to band together to take back our health and our food systems.
