Homeopathy, cell salts and flower essences… for a Marine veteran? Yes, that is correct. As second in command of an Infantry Company of 260 marines during the Iraq war in Fallujah in late 2004, Stan Deland has witnessed and endured some very dramatic experiences.

After returning to the U.S., Stan began seeking out different healing modalities to help him process all that occurred during his time overseas. Shortly after seeing an acupuncturist, Stan began using homeopathic remedies, cell salts and flower essences…

Because these practices are often considered as “vibrational medicine” and until materialistic science has the ability to acknowledge that we are more than just physical beings, its hard to explain exactly how homeopathy works. That said, most of you reading this article understand that we are not only physical beings, but energetic beings with energetic fields. We must think of our nervous system as something that is not just chemical, but electro-chemical. The Western medicine world focuses on the chemical portion, whereas homeopathics and flower essences work on the electrical portion. In many healing traditions around the world, and even from a true fundamental, unbiased scientific viewpoint, the electrical portion is primary to the chemical.

Stress in the body can be viewed as internal blockages of the electromagnetic fields around the nerve cells. This stress creates interference wave patterns that prevent smooth and correct electrical transmission. By balancing and smoothing out the electrical blockage, these remedies deal with the stressor in a much more direct and effective way.

Of the different remedies, one of Stan’s favorites are flower essences. Flower essences also transmit information to our nervous system as well as to our bioenergetic fields that are present around our bodies. For example, the Sunflower essence can help to bring a brighter outlook on life and a happier disposition. These essences help us deal with the core issue and help give us the information needed to see the issue for what it is. We can think of flower essences as nutrients for the soul.

After experiencing such positive results from combining cell salts (homeopathic mineral remedies that help carry the flower essences into the nervous system) and flower essences, Stan ended up co-founding a company called Siddha, which creates remedies that combine both cell salts and flower essences.

More and more, people are turning to safe and natural remedies. People are seeing that although a Western pharmaceutical drug may be able to cover up a symptom, it does not deal with the core issue. Flower essences, homeopathics and cell salts can do just that: get to the issue directly. These remedies not only can help a person in a physical way, but in an emotional way. A shift in consciousness can occur to help the person overcome their specific issue.

As Dr. Edward Bach has stated, “The action of the flower essences raises the vibration of the being… they cure by flooding the body with the beautiful vibrations of the highest nature- in whose presence there is the opportunity for disease to melt away like snow in sunshine.
