September brings a change of season, an elemental shift, a distinct change of pace and a shapeshifting Piscean Super Moon eclipse.

Saturn, Neptune and Chiron are already retrograde; on September 1st Uranus slows to turn retrograde as Pluto retrograde re-activates the Master degree of Capricorn. On the 2nd, the Virgo New Moon opposes Saturn in Pisces and squares Jupiter in Gemini. On the 4th, Mars returns to Cancer for the first time in two years. Mercury remains in his retrograde shadow until September 11th.

Frame it as a Standstill or In-Between

Sometimes standing still is both the right action and the right place

What’s strange and challenging for many is that this pausestandstill/ ecotone can happen even amidst turbulent energies or when things personal or global are in deconstruction mode.

We’ve been conditioned to view perpetual action and unending momentum as good; and stillness, standstill, or in-between as being bad, when neither is the case.

It’s simply a phase, a passage, a pause by the waysideand a potentially rich and fertile one in the two weeks before the lunar eclipse.

As the energy turns inwards at the Virgo New Moon, mirror it:

  • feel the stasis
  • drop struggling, striving, seeking, and searching
  • stop trying to control the uncontrollable.
  • stay in your own lane
  • make restoring your energy levels a priority
  • unblock the river of your personal ecology
  • strengthen your resource base-your money, networks, support systems, skills and how you invest your time

Chandra Symbol New Moon VIRGO 12: A dog sniffing a dead animal.

“Curious, fascinated, alive with speculations, hunches, notions. Wanting to track something down, to get resolution. Needing to know, poking about in the dark. You possess remarkable senses and an almost purely telepathic mind, tremendously skilled and adroit. But you can get poisoned by scepticism and by too heavy an exposure to the dark underbelly of things. Desperate to learn how to also accept and embrace all that is, unconditionally, to let go into goodness in the very thick of things being pervasively wrong.” Inside Degrees Elias Lonsdale

Monday’s New Moon in Virgo begins a new phase of home and family life which will be brought into focus by the Super Moon Lunar eclipse in Pisces at the pinnacle of your chart on September 17th.There seems to be a work/life imbalance that needs adjusting so you can better meet your own needs as well as those who rely on you.

Cancer Weekly Forecast

On September 1st, transformer Pluto returns for the very last time to late Capricorn. It looks as if there’s a relationship issue to resolve once and for all between now and mid- November. Fortunately, Monday’s Virgo New Moon signals an opportunity to reset communication channels with those close to you, knowing that you have more in common than divides you.

The New Moon in Virgo on Monday is a nudge to audit your finances, your resources and your personal ecology.

Virgo Weekly Forecast

On Monday, your personal New Year is marked by the annual New Mon in Virgo. In this year’s chart, Saturn, Jupiter and Mercury are your mentors and supporters and their message is clear: know your own heart, your own mind and your own path and refuse to allow other people’s influence or opinions to knock you off course.

Libra Weekly Forecast

Both your career and your home life are on your mind this week.
