It has been a long time since public opinion has had anything to do with the direction of this country, and the sad fact is that the majority of Americans are aware of this, yet are either too apathetic or too scared to speak out. There are some who are starkly aware of it, and it shows in the way they lead their lives; there are those who see it, but convince themselves of one lie or another to justify it; and then there are those who have been so deeply propagandized that their programming will simply not allow them to accept anything other than the State mandated “Truth.”
As “conspiracy theorist” as that might have sounded a few years back, today this information is common knowledge to all but those too indoctrinated to see what’s right in front of them. With many of the most “crazy” and heatedly debated “conspiracy theories” being revealed as true in recent years, the entire word game being played around that phrase is beginning to lose its hold over the masses.

The rise of the citizen investigation named PizzaGate in 2016, and its subsequent lack of genuine investigation by law enforcement and denial by the establishment and mainstream media, showed the people two things:
1) No matter the amount of evidence and/or level of concern, the powers-that-be make the decisions, the people’s feelings and concerns simply do not play into the equation.
2) The false “majority” that mainstream media still pretends to represent does not exist.
In other words, we do not live in a democracy, or a republic, or a democratic republic. We live in an oligarchy or aristocracy at best, and a totalitarian dictatorship at worst. This is just logic based on the common definitions of the words. Google the term democracy, and ask yourself if you feel that describes the United States as it is today; ask yourself if you still feel that your voice matters.
Regardless of whether PizzaGate or any story involving high-profile pedophilia turn out to be true (which history has shown they most certainly are), for the media and the government to outright ignore the clear concerns of millions of Americans, as well as millions of concerned individuals abroad, shows that they only feign interest in the will of people. When it behooves them to do so, they act as though they are doing so at the behest of the people, yet, when they disagree with the people or want a different direction, no amount of public outcry and opposition will force them to bend to the public will — as they are not beholden to the will of Americans.
A Princeton study that has been discussed many times, as it has become increasingly relevant in recent years, clearly and quantifiably proves that the people have zero effect on the actions of the US government, despite the fact that the very foundation of this country is built on the premise that the government is just an extension of the people’s will. Yet, that is no longer the case, if it ever was. As the study states:
“The preferences of the average American appear to have only a minuscule, near-zero, statistically non-significant impact upon public policy.”
Let that sink in. Princeton University.
After fully digesting the implications of this study, which are profound, one can hardly continue to think that their opinion matters, or that their vote matters. Sadly, this study only serves as verification of what Americans have been sensing for a long time now. As more become awakened to this monumental manipulation, the more mainstream media intensifies its McCarthy-style witch hunt for any dissident minds attempting to circumvent their propaganda with … god forbid … the truth.
As for this false majority, the 2016 selection process made that abundantly clear. The media continuously claimed Clinton was winning, and was going to win, despite them knowingly manipulating the polls and knowingly manipulating everything within their power to manipulate. They made the false assumption that they retained the majority of American attention and support, and could just tell the people what to do, and they would do it, just as they have in the past… yet they were absolutely wrong.
Mainstream media support has been steadily dwindling over the years, but until this past election cycle the people had few ways of knowing, as most got that information from the mainstream media. This created a closed loop of information that was almost completely controlled by the establishment. However, with the rise of alternative media, the truth slowly began to leak into the collective consciousness once again, effectively combating the co-opted version of the truth being sold by these outlets. These mainstream organizations, who were supposed to be the government/establishment watchdogs, succumbed to their baser desires and over the years became the government lapdogs instead. What has shifted, following this election, is the awareness of the average citizen.
Also see, Why Alternative Media is the New Mainstream.
People became aware that they were being handled and controlled, and for the first time in generations, chose to question what they were being given. As this shook many from their cognitive dissonance, the concept that began to materialize was the glaring fact that they were not represented in this system, but instead had been told what to think for so long that their beliefs and principles were just an extension of the State and its media. What we are left with today, is a government mouthpiece still pretending to represent a people which they never fully represented to begin with, only now Americans are seeing through the propaganda.

With the clear absence of impartiality and journalistic integrity of the current corporate media, many such Americans are rising up to inform the people of what they have seen in their newly awakened state. Yet, there is still a considerable faction of Americans mentally bedding back down into their bear-like political hibernation, falling back into their four-year complacent slumber awaiting the next political circus to tell them “they did their duty, like a good American.” This is the best case scenario for those seeking to control the direction of this country, as these political zombies only come out in party line and vote as instructed when instructed, and repeat, with little to no concern for what is being done with the authority which that absent-minded vote represents. Then there is the middle faction, not resigned to simply hold out for the next election, and not rising up with a newfound perspective, but more squarely in that “so deeply propagandized” group mentioned earlier.
This is the group that the media wants you to believe is the majority. They want you to believe that the anger you feel at being lied to, or the frustration you feel at the lack of legal response to a genuine nationwide concern, is abnormal, that you are alone, and no one else feels like you do. That your only two appropriate responses are either to check out until the next election, or to stand with the compromised mainstream media and riot through the streets challenging the very “democracy” that Clinton accused Trump of not respecting. Yet, the absurdity of that insinuation, with the current paradigm shift underway, is so obviously ridiculous that it is hard to believe that at one point, in the very recent past, we did feel alone and abnormal. To even talk openly about certain ideas labeled you “crazy” even though many pointing fingers were only doing so out of fear for the same retribution and retaliation.
You are not alone; you are not different or abnormal. We have been told we are “conspiracy theorists” for so long that we now wear it as a badge of honor. Yet, we are only now truly beginning to understand that we have been the majority for longer than we realize, and it took a botched election to allow many of us to see it. So stand tall, and speak your beliefs with conviction and courage, and with the comfort of the majority that many understandably need. There is great power in a majority to sway the direction of a nation, even when that nation has grown away from its democratic roots; and there is far greater power when that majority is known to the people. So spread the word, guide those in transition, and as always…
Follow the change. Be the change.
