    I first read of this in the early 70’s.
    Forgot about it till recently then decided to try it.
    Wow ! It’s fabulous actually !
    Can’t say how, but, it does make you feel fabulous.
    I start the day with it….then have my lemon juice in water for the liver-cleanse…
    You can buy inexpensive, long-handled natural-bristle, shower brushes in Chemists for about $10.
    But you gotta ‘brush TOWARDS the heart !’

    Yip, I am a dry towel woman, the vigorous rubbing is hard work on the upper body…so it tones arms as well as keeps skin younger looking.

    Lemon juice/ascorbic acid in bath, or sprayed on after a shower neutralises chlorine…also safeguards skin against drying.

    Stretching and breathing.

    Then a big blob of organic coconut oil rubbed in all over!

    Takes a little extra effort costs nothing and works better than expensive treatments. And like any hard working woman raising a family, I’m worth it! 💚
