Human Mind is a wonderful masterpiece that has immense potentials. Most of its potentials, however, remain unused in most people, since it is not us who are in charge of things, but our Mind takes control of us. In order to control something, we first need to know the thing concerned — so, we must know our Mind so as to be in charge of it.

By Carolanne Wright

1.3 billion tonnes of food is wasted worldwide each year. It’s time to change our habits.

Zero-waste is the latest trend among eco-friendly and sustainable-living circles — and it’s taking the world by storm. From legislation in France forbidding supermarkets from throwing away unsold food to completely waste-free stores, as well as a restaurant owner who installed a fridge laden with uneaten food on the street to feed the needy, concerned individuals are taking a hard look at our oftentimes excessive and wasteful habits, and finding creative and innovative ways to close the loop.

“Tree of Goodness” in Southern India

Minu Pauline owns Pappadavada restaurant in Kochi, southern India. The 28-year-old proprietor was upset that her establishment was throwing away food each day when many within the community were going hungry. Then inspiration struck after watching a woman digging through the restaurant’s rubbish bags for food late one night…

The Matrix of Control – Beyond its 3D Manifestation

By Bernhard Guenther

Contributing writer for Wake Up World

Many well meaning activists and people are raising awareness about the issues our world and humanity are facing. That is definitely needed and necessary.

However, what is important to understand is that everything we see on a global 3D level — the ongoing wars, human rights atrocities, oppression, loss of freedom, surveillance, corporate greed, genetic modification, fluoride in the water, geoengineering, pharmaceuticals, mandatory vaccination, religious and political dogma / systems, government corruption, sexual pathologies, racial wars, mainstream media / entertainment mind control, etc… — is the creation of (or heavily influenced by) un-seen forces that have been ruling over humanity for thousands of years, using their puppet humans to carry out their agenda.

Common Core: Surveillance, Standardization, and the Sexualization of Children

By Makia Freeman

Contributing writer for Wake Up World

Common Core is the set of educational standards for American children which first came onto the scene in 2009, after Obama took office, using money from the $350 million stimulus package.

In another example of blatant doublespeak, the curricula are named “Common Core State Standards”, despite the fact they were forced onto the states with bribes, came top-down from the US Federal Government and were written by the international elite. Funded by Bill Gates, Common Core is another manifestation of a long-held dream of the New World Order manipulators to replace the family with the State — a plan laid out in novels such as Brave New World by Aldous Huxley, which included reference to State hatcheries (i.e. State control of reproduction).

Full Moon in Scorpio – Revealing Reality and Changing Our Core Beliefs

21st April 2016

By Simon Vorster & Jennifer Langstone

We are in the process of bringing life to our new inner knowing, and taking active and innovative steps to actively bring the new paradigm to life. We are creating a new collective identity, one that is far removed from the philosophies of the past, and with the onset of new energies it can be extremely challenging to know where we belong; to find our new ancestral tribe that will help us to co-create a new future together that reflects our new ways of being.

First, we need to find ourselves; to let go of who we think we are; to clear out limiting beliefs and perspectives. And today’s Full Moon in Scorpio offers us an energetic push in this direction, showing us the truth of our reality and raising questions about the core beliefs we still hold onto, which don’t help to serve and align us with our process of wholeness and integration.

National Cancer Institute and JAMA Medical Journal Admit: “Oops… It Wasn’t Cancer After All”

By Sayer Ji

Contributing writer for Wake Up World

After decades of wrongful cancer diagnoses and treatments, and millions harmed, the National Cancer Institute and high gravitas journals like JAMA (the Journal of the American Medical Association) finally admit they were wrong all along.

Back in 2012, The National Cancer Institute convened an expert panel to evaluate the problem of cancer’s misclassification and subsequent overdiagnosis and overtreatment, determining that millions may have been wrongly diagnosed with “cancer” of the breast, prostate, thyroid, and lung, when in fact their conditions were likely harmless, and should have been termed “indolent or benign growths of epithelial origin.” No apology was issued. No major media coverage occurred. And more importantly, no radical change occurred in the conventional practice of cancer diagnosis, prevention, or treatment.

The Shaman Within: Channeling Universal Life Force to Heal Your Body

By Therese Wade, MSc

Guest writer for Wake Up World

We live in a sea of subtle energies. When we become conscious of them, we can learn to use them.

Ancient cultures understood that we live in a vast sea of energy. They understood that the planets and stars are conscious beings who communicate with each other. They believed that the trees serve as antennas, which allow natural subtle energies and information to flow up from the Earth to the stars and planets, and from all other celestial bodies into the Earth. They taught that everything and every being has consciousness and channels this energy according to its capabilities, to help facilitate this essential cosmic dialogue. In fact, they understood that all matter, including the physical body, is a gathering of this universal energy. They recognized that our thoughts and emotions are a form of energy, and that when these are in harmony with the living universal energy field, we become clear channels. Then, the life force of the Earth and cosmos flows through us more smoothly and abundantly, guiding our evolution as new perspectives are revealed and advanced abilities are awakened within us. These abilities include heightened creativity, extrasensory perception and the ability to bring about dramatic physical healing. Shamans learn to feel, sense and use this energy without filtering or distorting it. They often refer to this process as becoming a “hollow bone”.

Breaking the Spell of Our Cultural Imprisonment

By Christina Lavers

Contributing Writer for Wake Up World

What would the world look like if instead of living our lives according to how we are told we ‘should’ be, we were all free to follow the deep callings of our hearts? Diehard capitalists would recoil at the thought and insist that civilization would come to a halt. But would everyone really stop working and choose to spend their days lounging around doing nothing? I don’t think so. We humans are curious, industrious creatures who are naturally driven by a passion to explore, learn and create.

We currently live in a mad world that is based on fear, greed and scarcity. It is considered completely normal for people to spend the majority of their waking lives toiling in jobs they hate. Economic inequality has reached a point of staggering absurdity where many people slaving away in full-time jobs can barely even meet the basic survival needs of their families, while others lounge around on $200 million yachts and have ridiculously decadent luxury homes around the world.

The Bitter Truth: Befriending Loss and Moving Through Grief

21st April 2016

By Jack Adam Weber

Contributing writer for Wake Up World

“Where there is sorrow, there is holy ground.” ~ Oscar Wilde

Is it possible that grief is not just wretched sorrow? If so, to experience anything more than destruction in grief, what is asked of us?

Moving through loss is to not bypass the transformation it has in store for us. But to move through it, we first have to let it in. Once we allow it to settle in us — seeming to occupy every cell of our body — grief leaves us when it’s ready. So, in reality, we let grief occupy and move through us, leaving us changed to the degree we allow it to do its work.

At the center of grief is a strange sweetness, the tenderness of what we loved, that has left us now. So afraid we are of feeling wretched pain, we push our sadness away. This is a learned behavior, as we want to protect ourselves from what hurts. We can unlearn it and move counter-intuitively, and wisely, into our longing and heartache.
