Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse in Aquarius – Spiritual Sustainability

The New Moon and Solar Eclipse in Cancer on 12th July began a necessary process of integration. Having surrendered our direction and our will to the natural flow, our sense of self-definition is changing as we learn to operate from a space of total surrender — of constantly letting go, shifting and changing to meet the shifting flow.

Now, today’s Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse in Aquarius offers some energetic rest and restoration. Finally moving with greater ease and flow, our energy is stabilizing within the natural flow, and we are now in a place from which we can create sustainable growth, anchor our new values and ideals, and develop lasting dynamics.

Let’s look at the energy patterns that are shaping our evolution during this current lunar cycle.

Change from Within

Venus oppose Neptune sesquiquadrate Mars in Aquarius and trine Pluto in Capricorn

A key evolutionary aspect of today’s Lunar Eclipse relates to the planet Venus, which has been forming a direct opposition to Neptune for a couple of days now. The lesson available to us through Venus and Neptune here is, in order to grow we have to be aware of our strengths and vulnerabilities. This full-phase opposition calls us to develop relatability to others. Within the context of the Full Moon, the energy we are working with is helping us re-develop new ways to interact with life. We are building new relationships to the world around us based on new values and ideals, and working to create lives that are nourishing, fulfilling and free from outdated thinking.

Neptune in Pisces has been supporting our journey along this road since 2011, and will continue until 2026. Neptune helps us dissolve our perceptions of reality and supports us in connecting to deeper, more meaningful experiences that ultimately will lead us to witness deeper layers of our selves.

As Venus forms a sesquiquadrate alignment to the Moon and Mars, we will learn that in order to align with more empowering choices, we need to see what the needs of our society are. This angle between Mars and Venus is a powerful one as it reflects the next phase of evolutionary growth regarding our inner and outer relating patterns. Slow progressive inner adjustments over time aligned with your developing needs will ultimately take you to the place you desire to be with.

Sustainable Growth

The ongoing alignment of squares between Jupiter and Uranus to the Lunar Nodes has brought about very profound changes in our personal evolution.

Recently we have had Venus and Mercury both pass over the North Node of the Moon, and subsequently both square Jupiter and Uranus. Now the Sun moves into alignment with the North Node and squares Jupiter and Uranus. Added to the mix is the Moon aligning with the South Node of the Moon and forming a total lunar eclipse. This energy will now close the cycle of tension that has been occurring for us since May 2018.

The story line that we are following with this pattern is in direct relation to a new path of evolutionary growth — one that is rooted in sustainability. We have been slowly progressing along a line in which our values and the time we spend investing in them have been under deep recalibration. As we move along this earthly timeline we are witnessing a dramatic change in the way we see life, how we interact with it, and what it means to us. Individually we are learning to see our desires and dreams in a totally different way. A part of this change involves how we see ourselves individually playing our part in a larger cosmic role. A key to this lunar eclipse is to see yourself as empowered in your own personal creative role.

In working with these energies it is important to note that the ongoing evolutionary cycles take time to form new dimensions of awareness for us to witness and to interact with.

Moving with Ease

Jupiter in Scorpio trine Neptune in Pisces and Uranus in Taurus trine Saturn in Capricorn and the Sun in Leo trine Chiron in Leo.

Amidst the tension of the current alignments we do have a series of supportive energies that are helping guide us along our paths. The Jupiter trine Neptune energy has been offering us increased sensitivity towards seeing our visions come to light. Due to the nature of this energy it can be very easy to be overwhelmed with wanting to hold all of these visions and manifest them into immediate reality. The key to navigating this transit is to slowly feel into which of your insights has a practical application to your life and which one leaves you feeling the desire to escape your reality.

The ongoing trine with Saturn and Uranus is a very important alignment that we may not yet totally appreciate. For the last 7 years Uranus has been moving through Aries, and this pattern has radically changed many things in our lives. Now its alignment with Saturn offers some rest and restoration, stabilising our energy and bringing it back to a place where we can really cultivate the direction we’ve begun to move in during Uranus in Aries, and more easily move with its natural flow.

The duration of the Sun trine Chiron is relativity short in comparison to the other two planetary alignments mentioned here, however the energy of this alignment will make an impact. What we are leaning with this alignment is to feel again with our hearts. The heart attracts to it unity and connection. By aligning with the frequency of joy and openness we are able to see the value in our attraction towards that which we love. This sustains us. When we merge with our gifts and we speak from authenticity and joy, creativity is a natural outcome. Finding our place in the whole is about letting go of what we are not and being what we simply are.

The Full Moon’s Message: Witness the manifestation of our collective effortlessness

Have you felt a shift from your head to your heart? From outer to inner guidance and authority? This is the bottom line of what our collective awakening is about. And at the heart of it all is a natural intelligence, an ecosystem which follows a pattern and rhythm which is far more complex than any mind could fathom. And each of us, as individuals, has a specific place in this ecosystem. Each of us has a role which not only connects us to the innate intelligence which guides us, but we are also deeply interwoven with every other being within this emerging structure.

The current structures were built from the mind, they are hierarchal, linear, logical structures. The schedules, the business hours, school times and meal times. The school system, health system, social system etc it’s all a construct which we have had to find a place within. We have needed to adjust ourselves to exist within these structures. Needed to learn an existing skill to become a part of that system, otherwise we would end up at the bottom of the hierarchal pyramid, a slave to it.

At the moment we are witnessing the collapse of the old, man-made structures and we are beginning to feel the rise of the new arrangement of reality. As we shift our centre of guidance from our heads to our hearts, from what we think we need to what we resonate to and feel within, we are connecting – reconnecting – with nature. We are reintegrating ourselves into the ecosystem of this world and the incredible intelligence which governs it.

In this time of intense change, we are witnessing the crumbling of our old structures while simultaneously witnessing the rise of the new. Here we stand in this incredible time, the living bridge of this evolutionary gateway. Surrendering to the greater flow of change that is flowing through us and responding to the calls of fate which are revealing our path as move through life. We no longer need to plan the details of our lives. We no longer need to become anything but ourselves.

We have come to a point where the seeds of change have begun to reach the surface of our world. There is a quickening taking place, an inner rush to arrange things and get them in order. There are great adjustments taking place. We are beginning to connect with others as our paths begin to cross in this intertwined pattern which makes no logical sense but can be known in our hearts. You see, we are actually part of a greater development than our individual destinies, the network of our emerging new world is deeply reliant on every aspect within it and if you pay attention, you will witness how connected we all are.

As the growth of our new seeds begin to take form, the very interconnectedness of our emerging new structures are beginning to become apparent. The manifestation of our collective effortlessness is calling together what is needed for our collective efforts to be conceived.

There is magic happening all around us and within us. We are witnessing the rise of the feminine as we allow her to flood our systems. Allow her to guide you gently (and sometimes fiercely) with her magnetic pull. Trust her to bring you what, and who, is needed for your path to unfold. Trust her timing. All is in natural order.
