Venus, which has been in a Retrograde motion since October 5th, turns Direct in Libra this week, just as Mercury goes Retrograde in Sagittarius.

A Fork in the Road

As predicted, it’s becoming obvious that these wild and intense times are the start of the next two years of total transformation. If it feels like destruction, destabilising and collapse, it is… we’re in the heart of a separation of worlds, when past timelines are broken and the old order is crumbling before our eyes.

On November 8th Jupiter returned to his own sign of Sagittarius, lighting a torch of hope and progress for the next 12 months but also as I wrote last week — “expanding whatever he touches, blowing things way out of proportion. The shadow side of this year long passage is: drama, hype, polarisation, fanaticism, bull markets crashing.” Look around you — wildfires are out of control, the US election brought yet more polarisation, gun deaths and revelations of vote rigging. The EU is imploding as nation after nation embraces populism.

The Node of Fate, the collective gateway between 3D and 5D, is activating the Cancer/Capricorn axis for the first time since 2001 meaning that 2019’s wild card eclipses are about streamlining to survive — the first solar eclipse now only weeks away on January 6th.

This week 3 big shifts will bring collective mood swings: on Thursday 15th Mars enters Pisces after its longest stay in Aquarius since 1971; then on Friday 16th Venus turns direct, just as Mercury turns retrograde.

Just look at the big aspects and sacred geometry: a Grand Cross between Venus, Pluto, South Node of Fate, North Node of Fate and Uranus plus a Grand Trine between Jupiter/Sun, Chiron and the Node of Fate. Notice also that Mercury is turning retrograde right on the Great Attractor — on the wavelength of the Creator’s voice.

The most potent source of electromagnetic radiation in the known universe, the Great Attractor bends both space and time, giving a simultaneous view of the past, present and future. It appears to be receding from us and approaching us at the same time, heading in both directions at an almost impossibly fast pace. As the Source (Great Attractor) of the Source (Super Galactic Centre) of our Source (Galactic Centre), its influence is both subtle and profound and in 5D evolutionary astrology the Great Attractor represents the key to the mystery of the universe. It’s a very intense point that has mystical and metaphysical properties. There is a deep awareness of SELF, on all levels from personality based to esoteric, that embraces a level of Truthfulness that defies separation to create unity consciousness. It symbolises the balancing forces between fate and free will since it both sucks in and emits energy at the same time.

In this whirling gyre of irrevocable change, in the midst of the collapse of the way things were, the key is to stay wide open, without expectations or judgments about whether things are “good or bad”. With the Messenger on the Great Attractor square slippery Neptune hyped up and dramatised by Jupiter, truth bending, truth inventing and outright lying is likely. Refuse to get caught up in the drama. By now — after months of practice — staying on your witness perch is your new normal. The challenge is to become a Free Agent paradoxically more integrated than ever into the great web.

Aries Weekly Forecast: November 11-18, 2018

Reading the runes.

Unless you have a completely non-negotiable deadline to meet this week, take a step away from the dramas around you and wait until the dust has settled. With your ruler Mars moving into the deepest part of your chart and Venus turning forward in your opposite sign just as Mercury turns backwards on Friday 16th, everything is up in the air. Others will be wrong-footing you by changing their minds from moment to moment. That said, this astrology is helpful for rekindling a relationship that has lost its spark and for widening your horizons by taking a trip to somewhere new. If you can combine the two, even better.

Taurus Weekly Forecast: November 11-18, 2018

Becoming your own greatest supporter and sponsor.

There is some welcome breathing space now that disruptive Uranus has left your sign for the next few months and your ruling planet Venus is turning forward again on Friday 16th. The pressure you’ve been living with for some time is lifting. All Taureans have been through an intense time of reassessing who they really are behind the mask of convention they wear every day. Hopefully, even in the midst of outer upheaval and disruption, you’ve discovered how stable you are emotionally and how strong your ground of being is. Your big question now is “How have I been underestimating myself”. Ask it and listen to what arises — it’s gold dust.

Gemini Weekly Forecast: November 11-18, 2018

This week become an intronaut and de-clutter your inner world.

For you as a solar Gemini, the signals are mixed this week — stop/go, stop /go. Foot on the accelerator then foot on the brake. Your personal ruler Mercury slows to a halt and turns backwards in your zone of partnerships and collaborators until December 7th. Not only that but the Messenger is at odds with Neptune at the pinnacle of your chart as Jupiter blows everything out of proportion. If you feel as if you’re lost in a hall of mirrors, slow right down and accept nothing and no one at face value. Take heart — from early December as Jupiter lights up your personal and professional relationships, the way forward will be free and clear.

Cancer Weekly Forecast: November 11-18, 2018

Your big question is the same as for Taureans: “How have I been consistently underestimating myself?”

Even if you haven’t consciously acknowledged it yet, your world is changing. The Node of Fate is returning to Cancer for the first time since 2001 bringing the winds of change via wild card eclipses across your sign throughout 2019. And the first one is only 7 weeks away on January 6th. Happily,you have the support of Sun in Scorpio and Chiron in Pisces — compatible Water signs — to find the healing you’ve been seeking for so long. It’s beyond time to stop being so hard on yourself, to treat yourself as you would a close friend and to step back from doing to just being. Start by seizing any opportunity Jupiter offers you to create a tailormade work/life balance.

Leo Weekly Forecast: November 11-18, 2018

A deep out-breath.

The welcome news is that some of that inner pressure will lift this week as Mars finally leaves your opposite sign. The warrior has been making your relationships, both personal and professional, intense and uncompromising ever since mid May — the longest Mars has stayed in this place since 1971! So now you can stop being constantly on red alert, hypervigilant for insensitive remarks or criticism and return to your usual optimistic self. Not only that but the disruptive eclipses are leaving your sign for another 18 years, marking the end of an 18 month period of upheaval. So take it slowly, wait until the dust has settled and enjoy feeling much more at home in your own skin.

Virgo Weekly Forecast: November 11-18, 2018

Faith, hope and optimism.

Two of the angles of your chart — your support structures — are being activated now. On Thursday 15th Mars moves into your opposite sign and on Friday, Mercury turns backwards in your zone of home, family and belonging. The good news is that Jupiter has also just arrived there, promising a period of good fortune and expansion, especially where property is concerned. Start by de-cluttering your environment and then tying up loose ends of unfinished business ahead of November 23rd’s Gemini Full Moon in your career zone. Taken together, it suggests that the time is ripe to either work from home or set up a home-based income stream.

Libra Weekly Forecast: November 11-18, 2018

Installing new software.

If you’ve been feeling unloved, unnoticed or side-lined, it’s down to your personal planet Venus having been retrograde in your own sign for the last few weeks. On Friday 16th, Venus moves forward again but it will take a while longer for her to gather momentum. Also on Friday, Mercury slows to turn backwards in your zone of connection until December 7th. Rather than stressing about people not returning you calls or not committing to meetings, turn your attention to your relationship with yourself. Are you making decisions from outdated unconscious thinking, being reactive rather than responsive? It’s time to be at cause, not at effect, to move towards what you want instead of just moving away from what you don’t want.

Scorpio Weekly Forecast: November 11-18, 2018

The end of a long money cycle.

There’s something of a stop/start, foot on brake/foot on accelerator feel to this week for you as a solar Scorpio. That’s down to Jupiter leaving your sign whilst Mercury slows to turn backwards (into Retrograde) — both of them activating your zone of money, especially earned income. On the one hand, Jupiter magnifies and grows everything he touches, on the other that also includes debt or mismanagement. Use this window between now and the Gemini Full Moon in your 8th House of finances and resources on November 23rd. to call in payments owed, check the bottom line and create a solid financial plan.

Sagittarius Weekly Forecast: November 11-18, 2018

Pace yourself.

Out of all the signs, you are experiencing a homecoming — a cause for celebration now that gift bringer Jupiter has returned to your sign after a gap of 12 years. At the same time, Mercury is slowing to turn backwards, making it hard to decipher signals properly, while Mars moves into the lowest part of your chart on Thursday. Summed up, your home, family and sense of belonging are under development. It could mean a house move, renovation or adding to the tribe. Just watch for arguments that arise out of nowhere and don’t pour oil on the flames. You have huge potential for moving up a level both in your career and at home but don’t make any big decisions until after the Full Moon on November 23rd.

On Thursday a long period of stress, anxiety and heightened pressure comes to an end and you can take a deep outbreath. Since May 17th, Mars — the planet of libido and life force — has been in Aquarius, mostly travelling backwards, for the longest period since 1971! Finally, Mars moves into Pisces and you have a breathing space to recognise and claim the gifts of such a transit. Think in terms of how much clearer you are now about what you really want and about how you really want to live. Not in the sense of “it would be nice if I had X…” but an absolute desire to get back on track with your purpose. All you have to do is take the first step in faith.

Reaching for the Moon.

The wheel of life is turning and taking you to the top so you can see the 360 degree picture. On Thursday, planet of life force Mars enters Pisces after spending 6 long months in the deepest part of your chart, unavailable for action. It may have been causing some inner pressure or stress as your motivation rose and fell erratically. Take some time to get used to having more engine power because Jupiter crosses the high-point of your chart opening possibilities you’ve never imagined. This transit lasts a whole year so don’t grab the first offer that comes your way, build your power base first. Look at how you’ve been underestimating yourself and take steps to change it.
