As the fires in the forests and in our hearts raze our old lives to the ground, both literally and metaphorically, next week’s astrology promises some long overdue healing for body and soul. Gas giant Jupiter turns direct on Sunday 13th helping us to stay sane and awake whatever is happening around us. On Thursday 17th, a New Moon in practical Virgo aligns harmoniously with Saturn, Pluto and Jupiter in Capricorn and squares the karmic Nodes of Fate.
It‘s time to lay the groundwork for what lies beyond the immediate deconstruction and to begin to draw on the inner resources you’ve developed since January’s epochal Saturn/Pluto conjunction. What are the gifts in terms of resilience, sticking power, grit and faith? What sanity tools have you created and practised during the restrictions?
Virgo is a sign of embodiment, reminding you that your body is the vector for your enlightenment, not something to escape from into your head. How well are you tending yours? Are you consistently clearing your ecology, walking in nature, shifting your daily rhythms to spend more time in the rest state free of toxins to clear, rejuvenate, reboot, activate and anchor the new photonic light? Are you working with your natural rhythm of On Windows and Offline Windows rather than overriding them? Migrating your reality to the 5D levels turns out to be an intensely exhausting process. Deep restorative sleep whenever you can get it is an absolute priority.
Refuse to indulge in inner gaslighting and hold on to a big picture sense of perspective and proportion knowing that this is the transition to a much better way of living.
The Chandra Symbol for the New Moon VIRGO 25:
A gold ring in the form of a snake swallowing its tail.
“Knowing who you are, with your own greater Self right there standing above you, showing you the way. Impressing the mark of advanced selfhood upon everything in sight, you are clear as a bell that you must hold true to your nature. This life’s journey is sensed as a true biography, a story for the ages which completes itself and comes back to the beginning at the next octave. Knowing beyond knowing the nature of the quest and being especially aware of the how of each little step to pass this on. It is a subtle matter to know this much. Many who attain this point will employ their conscious mind to cover all this up and generate a busy outer facade. However, this attunement to the mysteries cannot be missed and suggests that this is a consummate way of being which originates from the vital centre and is there beyond all attempts to throw it off.” Inside Degrees Elias Lonsdale.
Aries Weekly Forecast: 13-20 September, 2020
It’s a week when the phrase “look before you leap” is worth making your mantra. On Sunday 13th, Jupiter turns forwards at the very top of your chart, helping you to look at the big picture of your career or personal goals and to get things back into perspective. Now that your personal planet Mars is stationary in your sign, stop pushing the river, identify where you’ve burnt bridges and offer an olive branch. Thursday’s New Moon in Virgo means it’s time to slow down, take stock and look at how your health system and daily routines are working for you. Old dreams, desires and ambitions that were left by the wayside are ripe for reviving and renewing.
Expectant waiting is a skill.
Taurus Weekly Forecast: 13-20 September, 2020
With Mars retrograde in the most sensitive part of your chart, it’s time to tend to yourself before anyone else. Seek out a space to be quiet, self-contained and private and trust your instincts to tell you when to go “offline” from busyness, when you need to be out in nature and when you need to rest. Thursday’s beautiful New Moon in fellow Earth sign Virgo is at a perfect angle to your Sun and to Saturn in your 9th House pointing to a new area ripe for exploration. This could mean finally starting a programme of study that’s been intriguing you for a long time. If you’re hesitating, make a leap of faith as your personal planet Venus is aligned with Awakener Uranus levering you out of that comfort zone, nudging you to take a chance.
Follow your heart.
Gemini Weekly Forecast: 13-20 September, 2020
All four angles-the underpinnings-of your chart are being activated this week, so be alert for important messages from your own inner guidance. To hear them above the constant noise of the Tower of Babel, you have to become quiet, still, watchful and patient. With the Node of Fate in Gemini aligned with Thursday’s New Moon and far seeing Neptune, gather up all your gifts from childhood onward and appreciate them. They hold the keys to your future which will emerge in 2021.In the meantime, sort the wheat from the chaff where friendships, groups and family are concerned. Don’t waste any more of your precious time on anyone not on your wavelength.
Much to consider.
Cancer Weekly Forecast: 13-20 September, 2020
On Sunday 13th, Jupiter slows to turn forward at the pinnacle of your solar chart. Look for insights into ongoing issues in your career, especially where co- workers are concerned. Look at the bigger picture, get a 360 degree perspective and notice where you’ve been stuck in one particular hierarchical belief system. Simply noticing that the Emperor doesn’t have any new clothes will create a shift and remove the blinkers. Thursday’s beautiful New Moon creates opportunities for healing old wounds. Listen more than you speak and what you learn will help you forgive and move on.
Nothing has changed yet everything has changed.
Leo Weekly Forecast: 13-20 September, 2020
Between now and the end of the month when Task Master Saturn turns forward again, you’ll be re-working, re-evaluating and re-thinking certain goals, dreams and projects that used to see so important. Are they still? Or have your values changed? Are they taking you closer to or farther away from your heart? As Jupiter turns forward in your angle of work and routines, find some creative new ways to re-organise without striving, struggling or pushing yourself relentlessly overriding the need for balance in your life. Thursday’s New Moon is all about money, especially earned income. Is yours flowing?
Back to basics.
Virgo Weekly Forecast: 13-20 September, 2020
The good news is that on Sunday 13th, Jupiter turns forward again in your angle of creativity boosting your spirits and sending a wave of luck in your direction. You might hear good news about children or recapture some of your own long forgotten childlike enthusiasm for life. Then on Thursday 17th, a supportive New Moon in your own sign marks the end of a chapter. What do you need to leave behind permanently in your personal museum of history? This is all about matching your outsides to your insides, so perhaps a change of style is calling you. Go with your instincts and give your self-expression full rein.
Creativity over conformity.
Libra Weekly Forecast: 13-20 September, 2020
All month, you will be re-assessing your significant relationships-both personal and professional-for mutuality. That means looking at the dynamics to see the level of give and take, to notice where imbalance lies. Are there hidden agendas that are only now seeing the light of day? As Jupiter turns forward on Sunday 13th, your home is in the spotlight. If you’ve been wanting to move, watch for unexpected opportunities. However, Thursday’s New Moon in the deepest part of your chart might give you pause for thought. Have you been wanting to stir up the excitement of big changes in order to escape a family drama? If so, remember that wherever you go, there you are! Sift through your true motivations and get clear as in two weeks Saturn will bring some important endings and beginnings in your wider family.
Scorpio Weekly Forecast: 13-20 September, 2020
Like Aries, whenever your personal planet Mars is retrograde, you feel an inner tide turn. Mars is in Aries for the first time since 1988, meaning that your health and wellbeing need to be a priority. Take a close look at what you eat, drink, your exercise patterns, your sleep -in other words, check your own ecology. Do this with sensitivity-no setting strict goals or depriving yourself. Thursday’s beautiful New Moon in practical Virgo will show you what to leave behind and what to do more of. Sift and sort the wheat from the chaff in terms of your own highest interests. This could mean dropping duties and responsibilities that were never yours in the first place. Drop any guilt along with the burden and claim back your freedom.
Sagittarius Weekly Forecast: 13-20 September, 2020
Get ready to feel your spirits lifted and restored as your personal planet Jupiter turns forward again on Sunday 13th. Working in tandem with Thursday’s bright New Moon at the top of your chart, the gift bringer may help you make a big career move. There’s a definite sense of closure at this time, perhaps you realise you’ve outgrown your current job and need to expand your horizons. With both your income and career angles activated, be careful what you wish for and don’t make a big leap without checking that there’s a safety net underneath. Double check your financial security, cut back on spontaneous, random spending and then trust your instincts.
A door opens.
Capricorn Weekly Forecast: 13-20 September, 2020
With Mars moving slowly backwards across the base of your chart until mid-November, issues at home are calling for your attention. This might be overdue repairs, renovation or just a general de-cluttering. Thursday’s New Moon is in fellow practical Earth sign Virgo and usually signals a back- to -school mind shift. However, this year, it seems as if you’re completing a project and waving goodbye to something that’s been important to you. As Jupiter turns forward in Capricorn, start thinking about how you can apply what you’ve learnt and experienced out in the real world. It doesn’t matter what form it takes-teaching, coaching, mentoring are all well starred.
Valuing your lived experience.
Aquarius Weekly Forecast: 13-20 September, 2020
Mars moving backwards through fiery stubborn Aries in your angle of connection is shining a spotlight on your thoughts, ideas, perceptions and beliefs and how you communicate them. If you’re not getting the results or feedback you want, take a step back and start building bridges or at least meet those who matter halfway. Thursday’s New Moon in Virgo in your deep 8Th House turns your thoughts to some of life’s big questions and issues connected with money, inheritance or shared resources will come up for a fresh look. It’s an excellent time to do some inner and outer clearing and de-cluttering in preparation for Saturn’s return to Aquarius in December for the first time in 29 years.
Pisces Weekly Forecast: 13-20 September, 2020
With Mars now travelling retrograde until mid-November in your 2nd House, finances need special care and attention. One important income stream might slow down so now’s the time to develop some new ones to run alongside. Look at where your money is going and cut back on spontaneous or random spending. With the Sun in your opposite sign until September 22nd, make sure you involve partners-personal or professional-in any discussions about money and priorities. The New Moon on Thursday 17th is supportive and well starred, nudging you to go back to basics, strip right back to essentials and deal with any debt so you can start afresh.
Getting your priorities straight.
