This is another big week as Pluto enters Aquarius on November 19th; the Sun enters Sagittarius on the 21st;Neptune exactly squares the Galactic Centre on the 22^nd; Mars is at Max in his retrograde shadow and Mercury stations retrograde in Sagittarius on the 24^th until December 15^th. Any big plans, moves and decisions will have to be rewound, rethought and revisited several times between now and next February 2025.

The Evolution of Society and Technology

Pluto takes roughly 248 years to transit the zodiac and has been in Capricorn since 2008 – delivering the financial crash at the start and exiting following the 2020 Saturn/Pluto conjunction, the continuing fractures and unintended consequences of the global lockdown and the second Trump presidency.

In an elemental shift from Earth to Air, from November 19^th, Pluto will transit Aquarius until 2044. It promises to be a challenging and revolutionary time that will turn society upside down. Frame these years as the Evolution of Society and Technology.

As the Great Eliminator, the Plutonic modus operandi is a relentless search for Transformation and Truth, operating under the radar amongst the collective shadow, mass movements, the will to power and the underworld. Burning away the dross of whatever is outgrown or corrupt, regeneration comes through the destruction of old forms that have outlived their time.

Air sign Aquarius operates on the 5th Ray of concrete knowledge, science and technology and rules electricity – the energy that powers your devices and your more subtle magnetic field. The wavy lines glyph of Aquarius symbolises the blood of life and electrical plasma.

Caveat: the Aquarian vibe has been idealised and misrepresented by rose-tinted New Age projections. Yes, it awakens the urge to reform society by introducing new ideas and working together to create greater freedom, away from top-down structures to a more collective, grassroots energy. Yet it isn’t as objective as it thinks it is and often gets caught in group think, fanaticism and cancellation. Despite proclaiming its love of humanity, it operates on theoretical rules/principles and has serious issues with messy human stuff like feelings.
