Do you understand the importance of Love? Love is the highest vibration of all. Love is Absolute. Love is pure gold. Love is Prime. Love is our very essence. No one can ever take it away from us because it is what we are.
People only ever act out of fear or love. When they are being unloving, it is only because they are fearful. And they are fearful because they have been brought up in a world of fear. Fear is what controls us, it has been used to manipulate us. Fear keeps us small, chained up, starving, lost and crying. Fear has stifled the love that resides within us. For that love is still there. It can never leave. Our light might have become dim but it can never be snuffed out. Nothing can do that. Nothing. For our light is eternal. We carry it with us from one lifetime to the next. It is our Eternal Heart.
It is that place within us which is all knowing. It is that place that knows our Truth and will guide us if we will let it. If we will listen. It is that place that gives us the strength and the confidence to look straight through our fear, to see it for what it really is. Simply an absence of love. Once we fill that fearful space with love then fear cannot survive.

And the time has come to stop looking outside ourselves at those things that make us fearful, because when we are afraid we feel powerless. It is time to go within. Deep within. Because it is there that our secret weapon resides – the Love that is our Eternal Heart. It is Love that will defeat the dark, for Love always wins. Love is Absolute.
Remember this. For this you DO know. That no matter what happens no one can take away the essence of who you really are. Your BE’ing and DO’ing is shining a light so bright upon this world, that there is now no place for the darkness to hide. And your light IS Love.
So stand firm in who you BE, face your fear and step into the unknown, for it is there you will find yourself waiting. This is the moment you have been waiting for. This is why you are here. This is your destiny. And now it’s time to live it.

I’ve been single, married, divorced and widowed. I’ve been a teacher, a translator, worked in business and now have my own company… I’ve sailed the Atlantic Ocean and I have climbed Mount Everest. I know! It sounds crazy but it’s true. I said I’d done it and I have, pretty much literally DONE it! I’ve plumbed the depths and scaled the heights in every sense of those words.
And I absolutely know that it was listening to, trusting and following my intuition that got me to where I am today. It got me out of the dark tunnel I was in after my husband died, and not only led me to the summit of Mount Everest, but to many other magical experiences too, like sailing the Atlantic Ocean in a small boat. I was the first British woman to have accomplished both of those things, and only the fifth British woman to stand on the summit of the highest mountain on the planet.
