Burn fat with Krill oil. Yes  you heard that correctly, new research has come out showing that Krill oil can help you lose weight.

You can be eating a perfect diet, taking your supplements but sometimes your body needs a little bit of extra help. Step in Krill oil.

In a recent study [1] scientists found out that Krill oil has superior  properties  in helping you burn fat. In the study they quote:

“We found that KO, containing bioactive n-3  PUFAs  in the form of phospholipids, was capable of modulating lipid metabolism by lowering plasma levels of TAG [triglyceride] and cholesterol and stimulating the mitochondrial and peroxisomal fatty acid β-oxidation, as well as improving the overall carnitine turnover.”

What is really going on here?

#1 Krill oil is a special oil in that it contains phospholipids which enter your cell through the lipid bilayer. This gives it the unique ability to cross over the blood brain barrier  for an enhanced deliver system.

#2 Krill oil has a unique ability to stimulate the mitochondria, your fat  burning furnace, and increases your body’s ability for l-carnitine turn over.

Now, if you are not familiar with l-carnitine, it is your taxi driver for burning fat. It will shuttle fatty acids into your mitochondria to be used as fuel for maintaining a healthy  metabolism. This is good news for you, the healthier levels of l-carnitine you have, the healthier your metabolism is!

Krill oil burns fat

As you can see, Krill oil holds many benefits for you, not just in fat burning but also in maintaining  healthy  levels of omega 3.

As you know Krill oil contains phospholipids, so the omega-3 fats are already in the form that your body can use. This bioavailability means krill oil is absorbed at a much higher rate compared to other fish oils.

Here are more proven clinical study results…

  • Easier weight loss by improved glucose metabolism and stabilization of blood sugar level
  • Better heart health by reducing inflammation
  • Prevention of blood clots and high blood pressure  that lead to heart attack and stroke
  • Decreased joint pain
  • Improves mood and provides relief of PMS symptoms for women

I hope you take this information my friends and use it wisely, for at  the end of the day, you should all strive to become the best optimal versions of yourself!

Optimally yours, Ameer
