Coronavirus: Empower Yourself to Stay Well

By Hilde Larsen

This is a talk about the latest fear-based virus alert is all over the news. The World is watching, people are concerned, and it is easy to feel helpless when a massive event like this is in focus. I will boldly state that this might have been created to sell drugs and vaccines. These are humanly engineered viruses.

The Corona Virus supposedly stemming from a “regular” flu virus, with a “twist”.

Now, CDC estimates that influenza has resulted in between 9 million – 45 million illnesses, between 140,000 – 810,000 hospitalizations and between 12,000 – 61,000 deaths annually since 2010.

This shows us what we are dealing with every single year.

What we are living.

Now, this article is all about empowering YOU, not feeding into the fear. For the health of our body, the terrain is everything. Still, an overload cannot only wreak havoc in all our systems, it can also linger for years and years when not addressed sensibly and knowledgeably. Meaning, you can carry around more shit than you know, and it will hit you like a train when the body is burdened with an overload. So, if an extra burden is introduced, the body goes into overdrive.

It becomes too much, and we get into trouble.

Bacteria and viruses are a bit different, and they need a different approach when it comes to how they are invited to leave the human body.

Bacteria are relatively complex, single-celled creatures with a rigid wall and a thin, rubbery membrane surrounding the fluid inside the cell. They can reproduce on their own. Fossilized records show that bacteria have existed for about 3.5 billion years, and bacteria can survive in different environments, including extreme heat and cold, radioactive waste, and the human body.

Viruses are tinier, the largest of them are smaller than the smallest bacteria. All they have is a protein coat and a core of genetic material, either RNA or DNA. Unlike bacteria, viruses can’t survive without a host. They can only reproduce by attaching themselves to cells. In most cases, they reprogram the cells to make new viruses until the cells burst and die.

Now, how do we stay protected, and how does the body naturally take care of and eliminate viruses?

Our body has a system, called the lymphatic system, that is designed for the job. The damage and cells along with viruses and bacteria are carried to the lymph nodes.

Your lymph nodes, also called lymph glands, play a vital role in your body’s ability to fight off infections. They function as filters, trapping viruses, bacteria and other causes of illnesses before they can infect other parts of your body.

Simplified, the lymph node is the septic tank, breaking down acidic waste, making sure the pH of the waste is not below 3 pH so that the kidneys can handle the elimination.

You see, the kidneys will then filter out lymphatic waste, and this is where it gets interesting. We need to keep our attention on our kidneys, to be able to do their job. Elimination is everything. Without it, we burn. We become a wastebasket for all viruses to love. The perfect inner terrain.

Every day we generate waste, metabolic waste, on top of what we eat and breathe. Surrounded by toxins. This leaves us burdened, with a lymphatic system that shows weakness, accumulating waste, because of lack of elimination. What we then see is swollen lymph nodes. I see this every day. Eyes and symptoms showing a body with swollen lymph nodes throughout. Internally. THIS is when a virus and bacteria can be hard to eliminate.

Now, instead of focusing on fear and how to eliminate a virus, I suggest we keep our eye on the ball.

On our HEALTH and what creates it.

How we keep our immune system working, and the body will do the rest.

Naturally.

Eating a diet of fresh fruits and vegetables will slowly cleanse the whole system, allowing the body to restore proper kidney function, and to allow the lymph nodes to do their job.  It is all about elimination. When we eliminate we become stronger.

Every process and organ involved in your immune system will be strengthened:

  • white blood cells
  • antibodies
  • lymphatic system
  • spleen
  • bone marrow
  • thymus.

The first thing I recommend when someone is fearing an outside “invader” is to strengthen the inside, the system, the temple.

  1. By elevating the diet to raw living food, focusing on astringent fruits like citruses, grapes, and melons.
  2. Adding in essential oils that help eliminate viruses and bacteria like oregano, thyme, peppermint and cloves.
  3. Fasting if needed. I do not recommend more than 3 days on water only or 7 days on juices only if you are not an experienced faster.
  4. Adding proper herbs to support the system. Lemon Balm, Licorice root and cats’ claw are great for viruses.
  5. Focusing on Kidney filtration and general elimination.
  6. Leaving out any stress to nurture the adrenals.
  7. Spending time in meditation and nature.
  8. Resting more.

Here is a smoothie that I recommend during flue-season. To cleanse and strengthen the immune system:

The Virus Elimination Smoothie:

1 Mango

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup parsley

2 drops Thyme essential oil

1 Dropper Lemon Balm Glycerin tincture

2 drops fennel essential oil

1 cup fresh basil

A small handful fresh oregano

1 cup distilled water

For those who feel they need to do a deep cleanse during this time, I have a specific Virus and Parasite Elimination program on the Membership site. I invite you all to check it out and to empower yourself this season.

These are times of fear-based information, and it calls for your awareness and actions.

To honor and nurture yourself.

Your body and soul.

YOU are worth it.
