Death of America – Why 1913 Was a Point of No Return

By Alan R Adaschik

Two important times for a nation are when it is born and when it dies.  The United States of America was born in 1776 and died, unbeknownst to most Americans, in 1913.  For a nation to no longer exist, its fundamental character and nature must have changed.  Therefore, the question is, what happened in 1913, that changed the nature and form of our government?  The answer to this question is threefold; passage of the Federal Reserve Act, amending our Constitution to allow for a tax on income, and amending our Constitution such that US Senators were elected by popular vote.

At first glance, these three developments seem unrelated and relatively harmless, but nothing is further from the truth.  The reality of the situation is that, taken together, they are far-reaching changes to our government, such that Americans were no longer citizens and instead, subjects of what would eventually become a New World Order.  These changes compromised our democracy and reduced voting to being a useless exercise.  An oligarchy of super-rich banking moguls would pull the strings that make us dance, and authority for our government would no longer reside with the people, but instead flow down from those sitting at the top, similar to a dictatorship or aristocracy.

Everyone has heard the expression ‘money is power’.  We hear this so often we never stop to think about what it really means.  It means that those who have the most money, call the shots.  Understanding this, it shouldn’t be hard to understand that if a group of people are positioned to control the money supply of a nation, they are also positioned to dominate and control that nation.  In 1913, Congress passed the unconstitutional Federal Reserve Act, giving a cartel of international bankers control of our money supply and the power to create money out of thin air.  The problem being that Congress allowed these bankers to keep as their own, the money they were supposed to be creating for our benefit.  As a result, for now and every more, these fraud masters will be able to loan our government and profit from, money that rightfully belongs to the people of this nation.

The Federal Reserve Act, besides being in violation of Article 1, Section 8, of our Constitution, is a terrible deal for Americans for several reasons.  First of all, the internal workings of the Fed are secret and not subject to scrutiny or audit by our government.  Furthermore, when the Fed creates money out of thin air and loans it to our government, Americans are obligated to pay this money back plus interest, not with money created out of thin air, but with money earned through the industry and labor of working Americans.  It costs the Fed nothing to create the money they loan to us, so the money and interest we give them is windfall profits they have done nothing to deserve or earn.  Finally, the interest rate we pay the Fed, is set by them and can be changed at any time, even for loans made in past years.

All the above adds up to a truth which should be obvious; our money is owned by the Fed and the dollars we earn we think are so valuable, really are nothing more than an IOU telling us how much we owe this fraudulent organization. The money we turn over to these criminals, has made them rich beyond anyone’s wildest dreams, and they use this great wealth to control us, our government, and key institutions of society.  However, being greedy men, they wanted more than just a money machine to enhance their control over us. The fact that the steps we will discuss, are in their best interest and at the expense of and to the detriment of the American people, is prima facie evidence of the power these people have over our government and those who pretend to represent us.

A tax on income is a direct tax, prohibited by Article 1, Section 8, of our Constitution.  Therefore, an amendment was needed to legalize taxing the wages of working Americans.  The banker’s drafted Amendment XVI, which they believed would give them the taxing power they craved.  Unfortunately, there are two flies in this ointment.  Amendment XVI, is null and void because it was never properly ratified by the states.  However, this didn’t faze the bankers.  They simply had their cronies declare Amendment XVI ratified when, in truth, it was not.  In time, Amendment XVI was brought before our Supreme Court, which ruled that it did not create a new revenue source because salaries and wages, under the Constitution, are not income.  And guess what?  The bankers also ignored this ruling and implemented an income tax anyway, despite the fact it was and still is, unconstitutional for the reasons discussed.

Upon the wrongful and unconstitutional imposing of an income tax on the American people, the bankers had created a means to steal a portion of the output and labor of working Americans for themselves.  All income tax revenue goes solely to the Fed, and none of it funds government operations; but this still is not enough for these criminals.

Article 1, Section 3, of our Constitution provides that senators will be chosen by their respective state legislators.  This provision is an extremely important and critical check and balance within our Constitution.  The senate is the superior body of Congress, tasked with serving as a check upon the powers of the president.  This being the case, it is the appointment of senators that gave state legislatures a measure of control of over our Federal Government.  Article 1, Section 3, of our constitution is what makes the federal government a federation of state governments.  Remove this arrangement and our federation of state governments is transformed into a national government.  This is exactly what Amendment XVII did!  The ignorant and uneducated masses, would now choose those who represent them in Congress, and state governments no longer had any say in the matter.  The affairs of the nation would be decided by popularity and not by a select congregation of the nation’s best minds as determined by the state Legislatures.

In 1913, Passage of the Federal Reserve Act, and enactment of Amendments XVI and XVII, constituted an overthrow of our government because these three events taken together, significantly changed the nature and form of our government.  Before 1913, our national government was a federation of state governments where the state legislatures exercised a measure of control over the national government.  After 1913, the state’s control of the national government was eliminated and our Federal Government became a national government.  These far reaching changes were brought upon us by a group of filthy rich banking families who deceived, cajoled, and bribed our elected representative into acting for their benefit, at the expense of and to the detriment of the American people.

The following are quotes are by Wright Patman – US Congressman from Texas; 1928–1976. Chairman: The House Committee on Banking and Commerce, 1963-1975

‘In the United States we have, in effect, two governments … We have the duly constituted Government … Then we have an independent, uncontrolled and uncoordinated government in the Federal Reserve System, operating the money powers which are reserved to Congress by the Constitution.’

‘I have never yet had anyone who could, through the use of logic and reason, justify the Federal Government borrowing the use of its own money. I believe the time will come when people will demand that this be changed. I believe the time will come in this country when they will actually blame you and me and everyone else connected with the Congress for sitting idly by and permitting such an idiotic system to continue.’

‘The dollar represents a one-dollar debt to the Federal Reserve System. The Federal Reserve Banks create money out of thin air to buy Government Bonds from the U.S. Treasury…and has created out of nothing a … debt which the American people are obliged to pay with interest.’

‘If the Federal Reserve pursues a policy which Congress or the President believes not to be in the public interest, there is nothing Congress can do to reverse the policy. Nor is there anything the people can do. Such bastions of unaccountable power are undemocratic. The Federal Reserve System must be reformed, so that it is answerable to the elected representatives of the people.’

‘In a democracy the responsibility for the Government’s economic policies, which so affect the economy, normally rests with the elected representative of the people: in our case, with the President and the Congress. If these two follow economic policies inimical to the general welfare, they are accountable to the people for their actions on election day. With Federal Reserve independence, however, a body of men exist who control one of the most powerful levers moving the economy and who are responsible to no one.’

The following quotes are by Josiah Stamp – Governor of the Bank of England; 1880-1941

‘Banking was conceived in iniquity and born in sin… Bankers own the Earth. Take it away from them but leave them the power to create money, and, with the flick of a pen, they will create enough money to buy it back again… Take this great power away from them and all the great fortunes like mine will disappear and they ought to disappear, for then this would be a better and happier world to live in… But, if you want to continue to be a slave of the bankers and pay the cost of your own slavery, then let the bankers continue to create money and control credit.’

‘The modern banking system manufactures money out of nothing. The process is perhaps the most astounding piece of sleight-of-hand that was ever invented.’

100 Years of Deception: A Blueprint for the Destruction of a Nation

Think you know American history? Think again.

Through “One-Hundred Years of Deception”, author Alan R. Adaschik reveals how the citizens of the United States have been played for fools over the past century. Very few Americans know anything about what is behind the events which have shaped our nation. Most of us assume that information provided by the mainstream news industry is the truth, however, on critical issues, we only get part of the story and a lot of important information is left out, deliberately shaping our perceptions of events and our society’s institutions.

This book is one man’s attempt to show Americans not just the trees, but the forest as well.

One-Hundred Years of Deception” demonstrates that the U.S. government was overthrown in 1913 by a group of conspirators who engineered passage of the Federal Reserve Act. Since then, these people have pulled the strings that made a nation dance. By controlling the media and infiltrating most key institutions of our society, they have kept Americans oblivious to what they were doing, and why, creating systems that are self-serving to them and not in the best interests of the nation.

This book sheds much-needed light upon what most people do not know, in the hope of snapping them out of the trance which holds them in captivity.

“A conspiracy theorist’s dream book – but without the ridiculous notions or need for a tinfoil hat. This author knows his material… We all know that the media is controlled – this tells us how and who.”
