Be Loving = Be Happy!
Hold Grievances = Be Miserable…

It seems we’ve fallen victim to believing our thoughts can be kept private, and it doesn’t matter what we think. So, we drift through this life with a happy facade on the outside, but what’s going on in our inner life? Now is a good time to revisit our desire for peace of mind. This, as we know, is all-encompassing and critical to our yearning for happiness. Nothing will make anyone feel more successful than to simply be happy.

Believing our ‘private thoughts’ don’t matter is a total fantasy. Everything we experience in this life is bound up in our thought system, which is where all healing takes place. Our mental attitude reflects in the body, and makes the body seem sick or well, according to our thoughts. We already know that the body isn’t going to last, because all things in the material world eventually fade away. But while we are here in the world, or seem to be here, why not let our bodies reflect a state of mind that is at peace with itself and recognizes the unity that binds us all together. If you would really like to explore your mind and discover how simple it really is to be happy and at peace, please listen to a radio show called: The Source of Love, which is available on demand on the Beyond Diapers webpage.

Thoughts are things! Thoughts matter. They form our words and expectations, which produce action, which results in our life, which is experienced as pain or joy, depending on our thoughts. No one else is responsible for our thoughts. This means no one else is responsible for our happiness or how we feel. There is a deep responsibility we owe ourselves every step of the way on this journey we believe is our life. Part of accepting this responsibility is to stop denying that our thoughts don’t have any power, and to no longer hold other people responsible for the way we feel.

Now is the time to come clean with ourselves, comb through our minds, and find all the rats nests of unloving, unforgiving thoughts, which we believe we have kept secret from the world. Untangle them, release them, and be free from what keeps our inner peace and happiness a big secret to those who harbor grievances.

Take a minute today to practice forgiving everyone and everything you’ve ever held a grievance against. Ask that these unloving thoughts be replaced with a sense of gratitude for demonstrating that no one and nothing has the power to prevent us from choosing happiness. The transformation that takes place is instantaneous and real. Let’s take back our personal power and forgive the world for what it never did. Once we understand that the outer world is simply a projection of our inner world, forgiveness becomes easy and natural. If we don’t like what we think we see – we need to change our mind! If we don’t care for the way we feel – let’s look at our unforgiving thoughts and release them.

Love is approached through gratitude. Saying ‘thank you’ or ‘I love you’ is the ultimate gift and act of kindness we can offer to ourselves and the world. Happiness was created for all of us – and gratitude makes us aware of this. Love is the Answer.
