Scottish Independence?

There’s something going on in the ‘United Kingdom’ which few are speaking of in spiritual circles, but which has a deep significance within the shifts of consciousness going on right now.

On the 18th September 2014, the Scots will vote for independence from the United Kingdom. It’s stirring up deep emotion and division, with the ‘yea’ and ‘nay-sayers’ fighting neck and neck. It’s no secret that the ‘powers-that-be’ in society are interwoven with the out-dated aristocracy, one that tries to bind the emergent consciousness into the old-world-order. They’re terrified of what’s taking place. It’s time people take back personal responsibility and sovereignty…

That’s why my vote would be for an independent Scotland,  because it mirrors the shifts in the underlying field that are now taking place.

Good Riddance!

The nay-sayers have been using all manner of scare based tactics to try to stir up reactionary resistance to the break for independent freedom. British ministerial leaders – fearful of the break-up – insist it will be ‘bad for the economy’, that ‘house prices will fall’ as leading stock-market companies threaten to abandon Britain. Too-big-to-fail Banks have threatened to re-locate their Head Quarters from Scotland. The giant oil-conglomerate BP fears nationalisation of the abundant Scottish oil fields — heaven forbid, that the people might benefit equally from the available energy resources rather than them being milked for profit by the ‘high and mighty’.

If big companies say they’ll leave Scotland, I say “Good Riddance!”

Emotions Running High

Here’s a snapshot of the high running emotions as reported in the UK’s Guardian

The Queen made a rare intervention on the political stage when she expressed the hope that voters will “think very carefully about the future” before the Scottish independence referendum on Thursday.  The remarks by the Queen came after the palace insisted last week that the monarch, who spends every summer at her Balmoral estate and whose mother was Scottish, was remaining above the fray in the referendum. This followed reports that the Queen was horrified by the prospect that her kingdom may be broken up.

As David Cameron prepares to issue a warning in Scotland that a vote for independence will lead to a permanent split from the UK, campaigners for the union welcomed the Queen’s remarks as a reminder of the monumental decision facing voters in Scotland.

The prime minister will say: “This is a once-and-for-all decision. If Scotland votes yes, the UK will split, and we will go our separate ways for ever.”

A series of opinion polls confirmed the two campaigns are in effect neck and neck. An Opinium poll for the Observer found that no was six points ahead with 53% to 47% for yes. A further poll by Panelbase for the Sunday Times put the two campaigns only two points apart at 51% for no and 49% for yes. A further ICM poll for the Sunday Telegraph gave yes a more dramatic lead of 54% to 46%, but its significance was played down since its sample was only 700, under the normal threshold of 1,000 voters.

Alex Salmond (leader of the Scottish Independence Movement) said that the “extraordinary manifestations” of support he has encountered during a whistle-stop tour of Scottish towns and cities over the past 72 hours has convinced him he is on the verge of a historic victory that would lead to the collapse of the 307-year-old union.

Salmond insisted that a yes vote was thriving because of a “joyful, liberating and empowering” grassroots campaign…

Alex Salmond’s “Braveheart” Speech

19th October 2013

Momentous Spiritual Metaphor

So it will be momentous. Perhaps the most significant break for freedom since the famous revolutionary Scot William “Braveheart” Wallace.

Okay, no one is suggesting we ‘fight’, and the warrior must replace his weapon with the sword of self realisation and personal sovereignty. But the will is no less important or significant. Consider this soul-stirring speech, then, more as a spiritual metaphor…

“Braveheart” Freedom Speech

To all of you with brave hearts and a yearning for personal sovereignty,

OpenOpenhand  is the name we give to a highly evolved benevolent consciousness that has been around since the dawning of time. It is that energy which works within the weave of the fabric of life, helping to unravel blockages, rebalance disharmony and bring greater enlightenment to the universe. It works as a synchronistic mirror, revealing what is holding us back and how we can take the next evolutionary step.

My soul is intimately connected with the higher dimensions where I find myself in communion with this benevolent presence most of the time. We ‘speak’ through the language of telepathic synchronicity: plain knowing of signs and symbols, an intuitive, objective interpretation of the flow of the moment which helps me understand and realise the various underlying impulses that are activating and influencing people’s lives here in the lower realm.  The Openhand Foundation works on behalf of this energy, helping ground its presence in this realm.
